As you’re out and about this holiday season, try to take a moment to give to those around you. A little act of kindness can go so much further than you realize and doing something for others can make you feel pretty great as well. December 10 is the day of Noah’s Give-A-Gift and perfect day to do a little extra for someone.
Do you use essential oils? We love them and one of our instructors, Sarah, knows all about them! We’ve asked her to write a guest post giving a little introduction and offer a few suggestions for oil blends. If you’re interested in learning more, visit her this Saturday at Vessel. She’ll be sharing more information about oil blends at our Shop Small Saturday event!
It’s the best time of the year! Decorations, holiday music, food, and all the sugar — everywhere. Before you go all out on the holiday diet you’re planning (AKA “holiday calories don’t count and New Years resolutions are right around the corner”), we want to give you a little more insight about sugar. Maybe this information will help you make more informed choices when you’re surrounded by all the sugary goodness! Don’t get us wrong, we love sweets as much as the next person, but we want to make sure you’re picking the right kind of sweets when you indulge.
Thanksgiving is a week and many of us will be giving thanks for our family, friends, food, freedom, and so much more. In fact, this month Vessel is encouraging people to show gratitude for their body and the way it serves them every day. Gratitude is something that should be a part of your every day life, and by making a point to do it, you can actually change your entire mindset and life approach.
