Pilates is a combination of physical movement that promotes healing, balance and a sense of well-being. It enables you to build strength, improve the way you move, enhance joint mobility and flexibility. It reduces body fat and increases muscular endurance and core strength, allowing you to have better posture and spinal alignment. Pilates will also enhance your lung capacity, flooding your blood with oxygen at a cellular level so that you can breathe better. Better breathing will give you better circulation, improved relaxation and also enhance your energy levels.
