The fall season is wonderful. Kids are going back to school, sports are starting back up, holidays are just around the corner. It’s energizing! And, it’s stressful. When you feel pulled in a million directions, the last thing you want to do is come up with ways to take care of your mental health. Luckily, staying on top of stress doesn’t have to be huge time-commitment. We’ve gathered some easy, yet effective, ways to relieve a little of that stress.

Where you spend your time plays a huge part in your mental health. When you’re at work, you can make small changes to aid in productivity and focus. When you’re at home, it should be a place for decompressing and letting go of the days’ stressors. It’s important to enjoy your home space and little changes can make a huge difference.

There are so many ways that using a paper planner can be beneficial to your mental health and physical health. Benefits range from creating a time for mindfulness to improving learning and boosting memory!

Each of our classes offer something special for our members. Our class spotlight posts will give you all a chance to learn more about our instructors, what each class entails, and how you can benefit from making it part of your routine! This month’s focus is the Tuesday morning Power Yoga Flow class taught by Rosary.

This month’s member spotlight is all about Anika Foreman. She has been with Vessel since pretty much the beginning and you can find her at the studio almost every day that we are open! She is so dedicated and a pure joy to have around. Let’s take a couple minutes to learn a little more about her!
