Lindsay Carthen is such a joy to have in our studio. She makes a point to come whenever she can, and she brings her sweet kids to share with us! This busy mom creates space for herself and it’s so admirable to see someone who recognizes the importance of self-care. If you see her around the studio, introduce yourself! She’s a ray of sunshine!

Some of you may have seen Paige’s great smile around the studio. She is a dedicated Vessel member and an even more dedicated mom and foster mom. She and her family have fostered several young children over the years and do everything in their power to provide a loving and safe home for them. They recently received a brand new baby and Vessel is hosting a donation drive for them.

Where you spend your time plays a huge part in your mental health. When you’re at work, you can make small changes to aid in productivity and focus. When you’re at home, it should be a place for decompressing and letting go of the days’ stressors. It’s important to enjoy your home space and little changes can make a huge difference.

The first week back to school is always a little crazy. People are getting used to the new morning and bedtime routines, kids are still in their summer haze (so are parents…), and getting back on a regular routine can be hard. Since mornings are likely to start out a little rough next week, we’ve put together a list of healthy breakfast ideas to ease the transition.

There are so many ways that using a paper planner can be beneficial to your mental health and physical health. Benefits range from creating a time for mindfulness to improving learning and boosting memory!
