Jessica, our wonderful Vessel owner, found herself struggling with many different health issues and decided to reach out to a functional medicine doctor and take control of her health. Below is her experience and how working with a professional who focuses on the whole body has completely changed her life and perspective.
For those who are navigating the wellness community, you may have heard the term “functional” or “integrative” medicine. Functional medicine is a type of medical care that is different from the traditional, western practice and it’s becoming more and more popular for many dealing with health issues, especially autoimmune disorders. If you’re struggling with health issues and looking for a different approach to your healthcare, this may be an area to explore.
Vessel now offers an incredible class for youth and we are so excited to share it with you! Youth Movement and Conditioning can be a game changer for your active and athletic children. Children are prone to injuries and sprains while playing sports and doing other activities. This class is designed to incorporate stretch and restorative movement to help prevent those injuries and build a stronger, more balanced body.
You’ve probably seen Samantha around the studio with her gorgeous curly-haired daughter, Alice, and her other three precious kiddos. If you haven’t, you may have seen her smiling face in some of our photos. She’s so supportive and helpful and has been with Vessel since the very beginning! Let’s take a few minutes to get to know her a little better.

The next couple weeks may be rough, but hopefully some of these remedies will make it a little easier for you.
