Vessel could not be Vessel without its members, so we have decided to start showing our appreciation by giving different members a spotlight shout-out on the blog each month! Because we believe each member is an individual that has so much to bring to our community and should be celebrated for being unique, we’ve put together a little interview to learn more about them.

Saunas. Steam rooms. Dry heat. Infrared versus traditional. There are so many different terms out there and it can get confusing! What do they do? Which is the best? What’s the difference? At Vessel, we believe an infrared sauna is the way to go but there is so much to know about saunas in general.

Meditation has many benefits and is something that more of us should use on a daily basis. Quieting our mind and becoming in tune with ourselves is more important than ever with today’s distractions.
