It’s always such a pleasure to see Huyen at the studio. She has the biggest smile and is probably one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! There is so much to her and once you start a conversation with her, you won’t want it to end!

Have you heard the term sober curious? While society has become much more focused on alcohol (especially post-COVID), many wellness advocates turning to non-alcoholic alternatives. When we go out with friends, the norm is to go out for drinks, or at least drink while out doing other things. Even though we are not alcohol shaming (I mean, a clean margarita is one of our favorite ways to celebrate!), we do think it’s a good time to start exploring healthier options!

For years, women (and men) have looked at the scale to determine their health. We are given an “ideal” weight that we need to attain (even doctors use BMI based strictly on your weight to height ratio). This focus is unhealthy and causes us to seek something that may not even be physiologically possible.

While that’s not necessarily the case, the claims do have some validity. Magnesium is an important mineral that many people today are lacking, and it’s important to learn more about it — especially if you’re looking to up your magnesium intake.

Amanda joined our studio earlier this year and it’s been such a pleasure to have her in our classes. She fits in so well and her dedication really shows up every time she comes. We are so excited to introduce her to you all and help you get to know a little more about her! […]
