Rebounding is a type of exercise performed on a mini trampoline that provides low impact, aerobic exercise that can be beneficial in so many ways. One of the best things about rebounding is that you gain health benefits while jumping, dancing, and enjoying your exercise. It’s a chance to feel like a kid again!

For years, women (and men) have looked at the scale to determine their health. We are given an “ideal” weight that we need to attain (even doctors use BMI based strictly on your weight to height ratio). This focus is unhealthy and causes us to seek something that may not even be physiologically possible.

Core strength is essential to so many aspects of our health and fitness. When you have a strong core, you are less likely to injure yourself doing daily tasks, your breathing is more efficient, and you can train better if you’re involved in athletic activities. Many people don’t realize that your core is much more than just the ab muscles. Next month, Vessel classes will bring attention to the many different areas of the core and how developing them will help you in the future.

The reformer machine is something that truly does it all. Whether you want to focus on small muscles or large muscles, abs or legs, or even balance, this single machine gives you endless possibilities. And, each instructor will give you an entirely different style class. Next time you see “Reformer” in the class title, take a minute to see who will teach — you’ll find someone for every mood! When it comes to Sadie’s class, you can expect a full body burn!
