One of the great thing about our Vessel community is that everyone has something interesting to share. As you’re probably aware, many of us love reading, and one of our members has her own Instagram page dedicated to books!

Joseph Clear states that habits need to be enjoyable in order for them to stick. So either the process or the end result needs to be something we find joy in. I have personally found this to be true when really wanting consistency. The more we enjoy the process or reward, the more we are likely to be consistent with the healthy habit!

As many of you know, Jessica loves reading. When she’s not busy running Vessel, shuttling kids from activity to activity, and being a mom and wife, she has her nose in a book. In fact, in 2022, she read forty-six books!! After some deep consideration, she narrowed down some of her favorites to share with you.
