Member Spotlight: Paulina Lindsey

Every time Paulina walks through the door at Vessel, she is smiling and happy. We love seeing her in classes and her commitment is incredible. This week, we want you all to get to know her a little better. Feel free to say “hi” if you catch her in the studio.

Tell us a little about yourself. Name, background, family, etc..

My name is Paulina Lindsey and I was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I have been living in the US for 15 years. I am married and have 4 children ages: 19, 17, 16 and 13.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I like to go to Vessel, the gym, plan trips, try new restaurants and meet with friends.

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? 🙂

I prefer gelato over ice cream. I like anything with chocolate, nuts or something crunchy. My favorite is Gianduia which is chocolate and hazelnuts.

Do you have an interesting fact you’d like to share?

I work as a Realtor, have a Diploma in Baking and Pastry and belong to Kingwood Women’s Club. I speak French and right now I am undusting my Italian.

What brought you to Vessel Pilates and how did it stand out to you?

I wanted a studio that would be closer to my house and more personalized. It stood out because it is very open, airy and and has so many different classes.

How long have you been going to Vessel?

In March it will be 2 years.

How often do you attend classes?

Right now 5 times a month.

If you were to describe our studio to someone who had never heard of it, what would you say?

The studio’s atmosphere and vibe is very chill and relaxed. You feel very welcome and supported no matter your experience level. The classes are very small and the teachers have a lot of experience.
