Hydrating Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Nothing beats a refreshing popsicle on a hot summer day. While most store bought popsicles are filled with sugar, you can make your own with some great beneficial ingredients. We love these electrolyte-filled fruit pops that are great for the entire family!

If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can buy them at Target or your local grocery store. Or, you’d an order some from Amazon and get a variety of options!

Ingredients for Popsicles:

  • A good quality coconut water (Buddha and VitaCoco are good choices)
  • Fresh chopped fruit – whatever your heart desires! We like mango and strawberry and kiwi, but you can really make whatever combo you want! Water melon and mint are a great option as well!

That’s it! Just freeze and enjoy!!
