Jenny Garnett began her Vessel journey in February 2020. Her New Year’s resolution that year was to find a yoga studio. Even though Vessel didn’t have yoga at the time (we do now!), she knew it was the right place.
To highlight her 500 class achievement, we thought it would be fun to interview Jenny and see how the last two years has impacted her life. Here’s what she said…
I keep coming back because I love what I am learning at Vessel and all the women I have met. Jessica is a wealth of information and I am lucky to take her Rebound and Align class every Wednesday.
I attend Yoga on Monday night and the women in that class are also in class on Mondays so I have really gotten to know them. We have even started socializing outside of class.
The HITT (Power) classes attract a completely different group of women so I get to meet all sorts of people. It is great to work out with the same people each week and I love that Vessel is constantly creating new classes to expand on our abilities.
Staying motivated is easy when you decide to put yourself first for one hour a day. I set my work schedule so that I can attend my favorite Vessel classes. The schedule changes about once a quarter and that keeps things interesting.
What I love most at Vessel are the instructors. Hayli, Shawna, Mara, Rosary, Jessica, Sadie, and Jennifer are encouraging, motivating, and knowledgeable. I learn something new in every class. The women that attend the classes are all shapes and sizes, but that doesn’t matter because Vessel lets us escape into our fitness mode when we are there.
I love being a member of Vessel Pilates and their community. I can’t say enough good things about them. It keeps me centered and focused on trying to treat myself better.
We are so grateful Jenny chose Vessel as her home. The Vessel family wouldn’t be complete without her! Thank you, Jenny, for always showing up and giving it your all!
