PART 2 : THANKFUL FOR YOUR BODY

Join us in partnership with Ellie Mental Health. From strengthening our bodies and our minds, we want to take a holistic approach to overall health. We will look at functional movement, pilates exercises we use in our every day life without neglecting how we exercise our mind too. Ending with some meditation, because sometimes we just need to take a break and a deep breath.

We continue to look at the role hormones have in our health and how fitness, wellness and nutrition impact them.
This time we look more closely at Women's Reproductive Years.
