At Vessel Pilates, we value all forms of movement to help achieve a balanced approach to your health and fitness routine. That's why we've created our Digital Movement Library to provide various Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Rebounding, and Meditation classes to provide a well-rounded variety of movements that will further increase your flexibility, strengthen long lean muscles and help you move better in your daily lives. Whether you have 10 minutes or 40, you'll have the ability to pick and choose the class of your choice at your convenience in your home or on travel.

Download the Zoom app and create an account for Livestreams.
Register for each livestream class you would like to attend at least an hour before the start of class
A link will be emailed to you within 30 minutes before the start of class

For those new to Zoom, it is strongly encouraged to sign into class early to acclimate to this platform. We recommend using your laptop or iPad vs. phone if possible. Your laptop provides the best signal strength. Don't forget to confirm WiFi service to ensure optimal connectivity (avoiding potential data costs). We recommend using Bluetooth headphones for better audio quality, unless you have your computer set up to external speakers.
We will be teaching via video, and it is great if you are all on video as well so we can actually see you move. But if you would prefer not to be on video, that is okay, too, and you can just join by audio. Please note that all classes will be recorded.

For our Digital Studio On-Demand: Click subscribe to purchase the monthly subscription to gain access of our digital movement library. We will be adding classes weekly to support our community in better health and wellness through mindful movement.
For 5 Day Unlimited Livestream Classes: The 5 days of this pass option goes into effect starting with the first class you register for with the pass. Please register for the classes you would like to attend in our Vessel Pilates app or through MindBody Online. Registration for classes close 1 hour before designated class start time. You will receive an email with Zoom login information 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.
For Drop-In Single Classes: You have 7 days from purchase to use this pass. Please register for the class you would like to attend early. We close off class registration within one hour of the class start so we can email all pertinent Zoom Conferencing App information to attendees 30 minutes prior to class.
*If you require modifications for movement, rehabbing an injury, or pregnant, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up one-on-one sessions with one of our instructors! Our virtual 1:1 sessions allow our instructors to focus on your specific needs and movement. It's important to take care of your body and modify as needed!
