Simple Paleo Taco Night

We all love Taco Tuesday, but when it comes to eating Paleo, taco salads can get a bit boring after a while. Luckily, Siete is here to save us! Those of us trying to stay strong in our eating habits no longer have to suffer when we have a craving for a good old fashioned taco! This recipe is super adaptable and gets the stamp of approval from kids as well!

If you haven’t heard about Siete Foods, you’ve been completely missing out! They offer grain-free and Paleo chips, tortillas, taco shells, seasonings and more! We use their taco seasoning and shells for this recipe and they are perfect!

Ingredients:

  • Protein of choice (ground beef, chicken, steak)
  • Siete taco seasoning
  • Siete taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Paleo approved salsa (just make sure there is no added sugar)
  • Any other toppings you love on your tacos!

Directions:

Ready for this? All you need to do is cook the protein in a frying pan and season it with the taco seasoning. Then add a tiny bit of water and let it simmer for a couple minutes to really enhance the flavoring. Serve with whatever toppings you like on your tacos and don’t forget to use the Seite shells! That’s it! Super simple and super tasty!
